History of ESCAE-BENIN University
Founded in October 2008 by Dr. Mehoba D. Theodore, an esteemed Doctor of Economics and Management Science, ESCAE-BENIN University began as a humble institution with a grand vision. By 2012, we had received full accreditation from the Ministry of Higher Education in Benin, allowing us to formally offer world-class educational programs to students across Africa and beyond. Since our inauguration under the authorization number: n040/MESRS/CAB/BC/SGM/DPP/DGES/DEPES/SP, we have grown rapidly in size, reputation, and impact.
Our university is governed by a nine-member University Council, which is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of the institution. The council is supported by key administrative leaders, including the President, Vice President, Registrar, Provost, Head of Finance, Deans of Faculties, and an experienced team of academic and administrative staff.
